  • Order is then packed & handed to our delivery partners within 24 hrs of order receipt

  • Order tracking ID is mailed to customer within 48 hrs of order receipt

  • Delivery partner contacts the customer for delivery (if reqd.) & delivers in max. 3-9 days

  • Final order value more than or equal to Rs. 1,999

Standard shipping charge of Rs. 149 is applicable on all orders under Rs. 1,999. Final order value includes discounts, taxes and other applicable charges (if any).

Fair Usage Policy

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, to ensure fair usage, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of INR.149 on all orders and disable cash on delivery option for specific accounts that consistently demonstrate a high percentage of returns and non-acceptance of cash-on-delivery shipments.


How do I return an item purchased?

We offer an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 30 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

  • Step 1: Kindly raise return request here or on within 30 days from the order delivery

  • Step 2: Please mention your order ID details and whether request is for refund/exchange. Kindly keep the original invoice for reference

  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received in a resaleable condition with labels & barcode intact

Kindly refer the following terms & conditions while placing a return/refund request:

  • While we ensure complete authenticity & originality, we provide 100% money-back guarantee in case the product is not original

  • Returns/refund will be accepted for the product received in damaged condition by the customer. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application are not be covered under this returns policy. 

  • Decants are non-returnable & non-refundable as these are custom made according to customer needs

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where it has been used significantly

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable. Any shipping cost incurred by customer towards return is not covered under refund

  • For refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/Google Pay. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by using cash-on-delivery facility

  • Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within 7 days from the date of request

  • All return products are subject to inspection by The Scent Shop.
